Since 2016 PHPro is responsible for the technical management of the websites of Pizza Hut Belgium and has close contact with the IT and Marketing departments of Pizza Hut. Online payments and online tracking are key features of this market leader in online pizza deliveries. PHPro also helped with the redesign of the website, with a strong focus on ease of use and conversion optimization.

Top Brands is an independent Belgian restaurant group. It has 2 well known brands in France and Belgium: Pizza Hut and PAUL. In 2017 Wasbar was also acquired, a unique and trendy restaurant concept. Top Brands currently has 230 stores with 3,500 employees.
In 2016 Top Brands had problems with the Pizza Hut websites, which were inaccessible at important sporting events because the platform could not handle the peak in orders.
PHPro was contacted to perform an audit on the existing pizzahut.be and pizzahut.fr websites. The audit focused on the application architecture, server infrastructure, code quality, speed and security. We also focused on maintainability and scalability.
The goal was to get both the Belgian and French websites ready for the 2016 European Football Championship in France. Both Belgium and France played a part, so an increase in orders was to be expected. PHPro made some changes to the championship after the audit and was ready to help if any problems arose. We are happy and proud that the championship went very well for Pizza Hut. Unfortunately we could not say the same for the Belgian Red Devils ...
Since then PHPro is responsible for the technical management of the websites of Pizza Hut Belgium (Pizza Hut France has been sold to AmRest) and is in close contact with the IT and Marketing departments of Pizza Hut. The two main features that have been added since the European Championship are online payments (using Adyen) and online delivery tracking. At the end of 2017 a full redesign of the website was implemented with a focus on conversion improvement, mobile and UX experience. It was a very challenging project with a tight deadline, but we managed to provide all the features that Pizza Hut wanted before the deadline.
