Since 2011, we at PHPro have been building digital solutions that truly matter. What started as a small group of passionate developers has grown into a team of more than 60 experts, spread across offices in Kontich, Aalst, Hasselt and Valencia. We build high-performing websites, e-commerce platforms and applications, always in line with our clients’ strategic goals and always with a team that takes ownership of every project as if it were their own business.

More than half of our colleagues have been with us for over five years. Almost one in five for more than ten years. In the IT sector, that is exceptional, and that is exactly how we want it. People who stay on board for a long time bring continuity, deep expertise and a connection with clients that money simply cannot buy.

We deliberately invest in moments that make the team stronger. Several times a year we go on team-building activities together, from active outings and drone races to relaxed evenings with food and drinks. But just as often it is simply that good conversation over a coffee that turns colleagues into real team mates.

Knowledge sharing as a foundation
Several times a year we organise a knowledge meeting where colleagues share their expertise with the rest of the team, in the form of a presentation, a workshop or an open discussion. Pizza and more are always on the house.
Every last Friday of the month, our people get the space to work on their own projects within our Special Interest Groups and experiment with the latest technologies and products. That is how we stay sharp, curious and ahead of the curve. Our 60+ experts have already earned more than 100 certifications combined

In 2026 we celebrate a special milestone: PHPro turns 15. Fifteen years of building, growing and delivering results together that we are truly proud of. From a passionate small team to more than 60 experts, from the very first projects to complex e-commerce platforms for major names at home and abroad.
That calls for a celebration, and celebrate we did. But above all, this anniversary is a moment to reflect on what this company truly is: the people who make it happen every single day.
