Experienced project manager

A project manager at PHPro does much more than plan, budget and monitor deadlines. You are a versatile professional who acts as a team player, coach and inspirational leader. You motivate your team members to do their best, and you work closely together to achieve shared goals.

 

You have already carried a hefty backpack of experience. You know how to communicate at board level, how to report to a steering committee and how to guide clients from operational to strategic level. You take responsibility over budgets and monitor them with the same dedication as the rest of the project.

 

You proactively put potential risks on the radar. You have an eye for detail without losing sight of the big picture. In short, you are the driving force behind the project. The PM.

You're a team player

You will manage multiple projects from < to />. That means you are involved from the pre-sales phase to delivery and aftercare. Great websites and web applications are only created when clients, project managers, developers and designers work closely together. You know how to invest in and maintain client relationships, including at management and board level.

 

You manage the planning of your projects through the efficient deployment of our technicians and designers. You guide each team through the different phases, even if that means providing them with some extra motivation. All within the agreed time, scope and budget.

 

You don't go for second place. You take home that trophy and let your team share in the honour.

You understand the customer

You are the glue between the PHPro team and the customer. You translate their needs into clear instructions for the team and make sure everyone is on the same page, internally and externally.

 

Maintaining customer relations is your main priority. You report to stakeholders at C-level and Steerco level, manage financial updates and think strategically about the roadmap. You monitor budgets with the necessary seriousness and keep everyone correctly informed. Thanks to your expectation management and honest approach, the customer is fully convinced of the work delivered.

What do you bring?

  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience as a project manager, preferably in an IT or web environment. Experience in another technical context is also welcome, as it is mainly your PM expertise that makes the difference. Knowledge of Magento or Adobe Commerce is a nice bonus, but not a requirement.

     

  • You have proven that you can lead large, complex projects and operate smoothly at board and management level. Reporting to a steering committee or C-level stakeholders does not keep you awake, quite the contrary. You have guided clients both operationally and strategically and know how to deliver the right message at the right level.

     

  • You take budget responsibility seriously. You monitor scope, planning and costs with the necessary precision and are not afraid to make timely adjustments where necessary.

     

  • In addition, you are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of English.

 

  • Finally, you combine an analytical mindset with strong communication skills. You work in a structured way, think proactively and keep a cool head when projects become complex or challenging. Because that is exactly when a good PM makes the difference.
